Returns
Due to the nature of gift hampers and personal accessories, we accept returns only in the following cases:
The product received is damaged
The product received is defective
The wrong product or item has been delivered
To be eligible for a return:
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Proof of damage or issue (images or video) may be required
Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect address provided by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Gift hampers once opened or used
Accessories such as hair clips, bows, or handbags if used
Items purchased during sales or promotional offers (unless damaged or defective)
Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the product is inspected:
Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment
Refund processing may take 7–10 business days after approval
Shipping or handling charges (if any) are non-refundable
If a replacement is preferred and available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the product and packaging. Our team will review the request and guide you through the next steps.
